If you want to use vacuum pump oil better, you must understand this knowledge

 


1. The oil loading window must be dirty and pickled. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and stored in the open air. It should be stored in dark, dry and ventilated places to prevent the mixing of water and dirt.
2. When taking or loading oil, the drizzle around the barrel cover must be removed to prevent sundries from mixing into the oil and causing wear of the pump.
3. On the contrary, the vacuum pump oil of different brands and types shall not be mixed, and the old and new bamboo weaving shall not be mixed.
4. The vacuum pump shall be full capacity to prevent the extraction of solvent, steam and corrosive gas. It must be checked and changed frequently when it is used.
5. It is lenient to prevent vacuum oil from mixing with other smooth oil, and not to mix with light bamboo weaving. Whether it will be unnecessary to have vacuum performance.
6. When changing the oil, drain all the bamboo woven used in the pump body, pour in the new oil, slowly rotate the pump shaft, sweep the pump cavity, drain the residual oil, wash it repeatedly for several times, and replace it with new oil after cleaning.
7. When mineral oil is exchanged with ester oil or other decomposed oil, the pump shall be disassembled for bottom cleaning. All components must be immersed in ester oil to prevent purification.
8. The refueling appliance must be equipped with facilities and should not be a container containing other bamboo or solvents; Pump.
9. When overhauling the pump, be sure to clean and marinate all components of the pump with solvent or detergent, and dry the components.
10. If chemical gas and solvent are inhaled and vacuum is not necessary for pump oil purification, it must be cleaned and replaced.
11. During oil change: A. when the vacuum of pump oil falls and cannot meet the needs; b. When the pump oil becomes dark and brown, the oil should be changed.
