Insufficient oil: Normally, it is not necessary to connect the exhaust pipe. When the pump pumps large containers or carries out gas ballasting for a long time, because of the large amount of gas entering the pump, the exhaust outlet will emit a large amount of oil mist, which will reduce the amount of oil. Insufficient oil will affect the performance of the pump, and even damage the machine parts. The elimination method is to add new oil regularly.
Oil has been polluted: Pump oil will inevitably be polluted by dust, moisture or other dirt when it is often used. Pump oil contamination will affect performance, so oil needs to be changed. The oil change period depends on the nature of the gas being pumped and its actual working conditions. Generally, the oil change period of pumps during air pumping is more suitable for 1000-1500 hours of actual work.
When changing oil, it should be done in the following order:
1) thoroughly drain the old oil in the pump;
2) After the old oil is exhausted, a small amount of new oil (100-200 ml) is injected from the suction port, the pump chamber is flushed, then the pump is started for one minute, and then the injected new oil is exhausted. If the oil is still not clean, the new oil should be injected and flushed until the oil removed from the pump chamber is clean.
3) Add new oil according to the oil capacity prescribed by the pump to make the oil level reach the center of the oil standard. When refueling, attention should be paid to cleaning, and dirt should be strictly prevented from mixing into the pump.
Damage of sealing ring at suction port: There is a special bowl-shaped sealing ring in the exposed part of pump oil. The "O" type sealing ring is installed in the intake and back cover. It may be damaged after using for a long time. Therefore, oil leakage occurs, and the sealing ring should be replaced in time.
Damage of exhaust valve piece: Oil-resistant rubber valve piece is installed in the vent hole of chamber I and II respectively. In the long-term use of pump, the valve piece will be deformed due to pressure and other reasons. As a result, poor sealing and air leakage affect performance, the pump should be dismantled for inspection and timely replacement.
Poor sealing at joint: At this time, the joint of pipeline should be carefully checked to eliminate leakage.
Pump viscera, pollution is serious: whether the pump is clean directly affects the performance of the pump, in the use of the process, the pump will inevitably produce dirty, dirty and so on. It should be cleaned thoroughly with new oil, then dried and assembled carefully.

(1) In summer, the water-ring vacuum pump uses circulating water to cool working water. Often, the high temperature of circulating water leads to the decrease of pumping capacity and efficiency of the vacuum pump. Through analysis, the working water of cooling water ring vacuum pump of central air-conditioning in power plant is used to improve the vacuum of condenser, and the economic effect is considerable.
(2) When other conditions remain unchanged, the lower the working water temperature, the smaller the impact on vacuum, and the higher the working water temperature, the greater the impact on vacuum.
(3) For double back pressure condenser, because the condenser pressure corresponding to low pressure condenser is low, it is easy to appear that the limit suction pressure of water ring pump is higher than that of condenser. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the influence of working water temperature rise of water ring vacuum pump on low pressure condenser.
(4) Under low load conditions, it is better to reduce the working water temperature to improve the vacuum effect of the condenser.

What are the elimination methods of water ring vacuum pump


One, vacuum pump degree is not enough
Possible reasons: insufficient power supply of the motor leads to insufficient rotation speed; Insufficient water supply; The clearance between impeller and distribution plate is too large; Mechanical seal damage leads to leakage and air leakage; Excessive impeller wear; Recycled water doesn't drain out.
Exclusion method: check whether the supply voltage is within the rated voltage range of the motor; Increase the water supply (must be controlled in the correct range, otherwise it will lead to motor overload and heating); Adjust the gap between impeller and distribution plate (generally 0.15-0.20mm); Replace mechanical seal; Change impeller; Check outlet piping.
Two, can not start or start a loud noise
Possible reasons: insufficient power supply voltage of the motor; Motor out of phase operation; Long time failure of pump leads to corrosion; Inhalation of sundries in pump; Impeller drag distribution plate.

Four, insufficient flow
