Standard self priming
pumps are being used in an increasing number of operating conditions, and only
those that meet the following conditions are truly self priming pumps:
1. The
self priming pump is a vertical self priming pump, with the motor and self
priming pump coaxial.
2. All motors must have dedicated motors, and the
entire rotor of the self priming pump should be supported by the bearings of the
motor.
3. The original model of the automatic control self priming pump was
WFB, but later on, other WFZB, WZB, and YWB were all modified based on the model
of the old automatic control self priming pump.
4. The flow rate and head of
the self priming pump should be within a range value. When the flow rate is
high, the head of the self priming pump is small. When the head is high, the
flow rate of the self priming pump is small.
5. The performance of the self
priming pump can be adjusted using a valve, and the flow and head of the self
priming pump can be controlled by the switch size of the valve.
6. When used
at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, it does not affect the performance of
the self priming pump.
7. The self-control self priming pump should have
reliable rust prevention measures, the surface should be polished smooth, the
welding should have no cracks, and collision should not scratch.
8. It is
necessary to have an electromagnetic control valve, and no self priming pump is
said to have no air control valve.
