Key Points for Correct Use and Maintenance of Vacuum Pumps

1. Check the position of oil level regularly, and adjust it to meet the requirements when it does not meet the requirements. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level should be in the center of the oil mark.
2. Check the oil quality regularly and find that the oil is deteriorated. Replace the new oil in time to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
3. The time limit of oil exchange shall be decided by the user at his discretion according to the actual conditions of use and whether the performance requirements can be met or not. In general, when pumping clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the vacuum pump oil once in about 100 hours. When the black metal powder can not be seen in the oil, the oil exchange period can be extended appropriately in the future.
4. In general, the vacuum pump should be repaired after 2000 hours of operation to check the aging degree of rubber seals, check whether the exhaust valve disc is cracked, and clean up the dirt deposited on the valve disc and the exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the whole vacuum pump chamber, such as rotor, rotor, spring, etc. It is usually washed and dried with gasoline. Rubber parts can be cleaned and dried with a dry cloth. When cleaning and assembling, it should be gently handled and carefully bruised.
5. Conditionally clean up the pipes to ensure the smooth flow of the pipes.
6. After reassembly, it should be put into trial operation. Generally, it should run empty for 2 hours and change oil twice. Because there will be a certain amount of volatile substances in the vacuum pump when cleaning, and then put into normal work after normal operation.
7. Check the loosening of vacuum pump pipeline and joint. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body. Observe the oil level at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
9. Turn down the diversion bolt of the vacuum pump body and pour the diversion water (or slurry).
10. Close the gate valves and outlet pressure gauges of the outlet water pipeline and the imported vacuum gauges.
11. Point the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.
12. Turn on the motor. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the import vacuum pump. After it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor.
13. Controlling the flow rate and head of the circulating water vacuum pump as far as possible within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the vacuum pump runs at the **** efficiency point can achieve the **** energy-saving effect.
14. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35, and the **** temperature should not exceed 80.
15. If abnormal sound of vacuum pump is found, stop immediately to check the cause.
16. To stop the use of vacuum pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
17. The vacuum pump replaces the lubricating oil after 100 hours during the working ** months, and then every 500 hours.
18. Regularly adjust the packing cap to ensure that the drip leakage in the packing room is normal (drip leakage is appropriate).
19. Check the wear condition of the sleeve regularly, and replace it in time after the wear is serious.
20. When the vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, it is necessary to unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the pump body to remove the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
21. When the vacuum pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to dismantle all the pumps, dry the water, and coat the rotating parts and joints with grease for proper storage.
