Cause of shaft break of 2bv water ring vacuum pump


2bv water ring vacuum pump is a common equipment in factories. When the time is longer, the problem is much bigger than the problem. The fracture axis problem usually occurs. Many people don't understand why this is the case, so let's talk about why the device is broken.
1. The end clearance of the engine shaft of the water ring vacuum pump is too large or is severely ablated, and the engine moves forward and backward during operation.
The main bearing has been loose and worn away for too long. The break occurred in the back of the engine shaft. This is also due to the frequent radial runout of the engine shaft, resulting in the engine shaft fracture.
3. The thrust surface of the shaft is located on the main shaft. At the same time, the engine shaft also has the air compressor load. As the load on the air compressor increases, it is easy to abate or loosen the engine shaft and produce radial runout.
4. If the main bearing and connecting rod bearing are ablated for many times, the ablative supporting force of the ablative part is weakened, the radial runout of the shaft will be frequent. In addition, the stress changes after the root ablation, so the fracture occurs between the root and the arm of the shaft.
5. The gap between adjacent main bearings is too large, especially between the last two main bearings and the first two main bearings. There is a flywheel behind the engine shaft and a pulley in front of the engine shaft. When the two ends of the engine shaft are overstressed, the radial runout is frequent.

7. Eventually, ablative or rolling of the main bearing will cause the rear of the engine shaft to jump too much.
During operation of 2bv water ring vacuum pump, the shaft may break suddenly. Axial fractures may occur on the surface at the time of occurrence but are actually the result of quantitative and qualitative changes that have accumulated to a certain level. So, this is ultimately a lack of routine maintenance and repair. We should do a good job and reduce the trouble.
