Lubrication and maintenance of water ring vacuum pump

Under normal working conditions, the waste grease and its dirt in bearing and accessory space shall be removed and new grease shall be added after rotating speed of 20000h or 3 years at most. The added grease shall account for 50% of the bearing free space and 65% of the bearing cover space. If the working conditions are very bad, the replacement period of the grease should be shortened accordingly.

If hard water is used as working fluid, it can only be used after softening treatment, or the pump can be cleaned with solution within a certain period (to avoid abrasion of impeller and pump body or jamming of impeller, dust particles entering the pump cavity with gas and working fluid shall be cleaned through the flushing port at the bottom of the pump cover; if hard water is used as working fluid, the vacuum pump shall be washed with softened or regular solvent )
2. The normal working bearing of the motor is 15 ℃ - 20 ℃ higher than the surrounding temperature, and the maximum temperature is not allowed to exceed 55 ℃ - 60 ℃.
3. Always pay attention to check the operation status of the vacuum pump, and observe whether the rotation of the shaft and bearing is stable. In case of instability or jamming, replace and repair the relevant parts immediately.
4. In case of leakage of the adopted mechanical seal, check whether the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal have been damaged, or whether the seal rings are aged. If any of the above conditions occur, new parts shall be replaced.
