3. Check the sealing ring, the sealing ring is worn or assembled incorrectly; The sealing ring is worn, replace the sealing ring, if the assembly is wrong, reassemble;
4. Check whether the front and rear end faces of rotary vane vacuum pump are smoothed, and whether the end plates are tightened; If it is not tight, repair the end face flat, tighten the end plate.
