When the vacuum pump unit is wiring, it is necessary to use polyester insulating tape to cover half of the top circle. After covering 8-12 layers, it is necessary to use plastic tape to cover two layers for strength. When the vacuum pump unit is wiring, the copper core of its cable should be stripped about 30-35mm long, and the copper wire should be wiped clean and shiny with emery cloth, which is the same Strip 30-35mm copper wire of external three core cable, and clean it with emery cloth.
For the wiring of the vacuum pump unit, the three core cable and the stripped copper wire of the external cable will be inserted in pairs, and then a thin copper wire will be used to tie tightly as shown in the figure, and the rest will be cut off, and the scissors will be used to press flat, so as to avoid tying hands; when wiring, the three wire heads of the vacuum pump should be respectively welded with solder, and the surface of the welding head is required to be lubricated, free of burrs and false soldering, if not If it is firmly welded or not lubricated, the vacuum pump shall be welded from the beginning until it reaches the required stop.
For the wiring of vacuum pump unit, it is necessary to wrap three wires together with plastic tape and wrap them in two layers. The first layer exceeds the end of each wire insulation layer by more than 50mm, and the second layer exceeds the end of the first layer by 50mm; After bandaging, take a basin of cold water to soak the wrapped thread in water safely. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with a 500V megohmmeter to be no less than 50 megohm. Otherwise, bandage it from the beginning until it reaches the required stop.
The ground wire of the vacuum pump unit shall also be wrapped according to the wiring process requirements of the submersible cable; after the vacuum pump unit is connected, the insulation resistance shall be continuously telemetered and observed to change to prevent the cable insulation skin from being broken by hanging on the well wall. If it is found that the insulation degree drops rapidly below 0.5 megohm, it is necessary to raise the unit to the cause of continuous inspection.
