② plunger
The method below YB140 is the same as above. After the plungers are pulled out one by one, and replaced with new plungers, tighten the above screws one by one; For pumps above YB200, remove the pressure water ring screw and adjust the overflow valve, so that the system pressure gradually increases. Push the piston, use the plunger and water pressure to bring the seal ring up, lift the plunger and stop the pump, remove the connecting nut between the lower end of the column (No. 35) and the pump body, and set the cylinder (No. 46) to the beam (No. 42) The column, piston rod, sliding frame (No. 34), etc. are completely removed from the pump body to replace the plunger and sealing ring, and then install the removed parts and components.
