Ambient temperature at 10 ℃ to 40 ℃ ISO ~ VG100 viscosity grade of XD rotary vane vacuum pump oil. Environment temperature 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ when using ISO VG32 ~ viscosity grade of vacuum pump oil. Vacuum pump operation must ensure that the oil level in the oil window height of 1/2-4/5. Check oil level and oil contamination regularly (weekly is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop the XD rotary vane vacuum pump and add the appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4/5 of the height of the oil window. If the oil will be contaminated oil black, emulsifying, thickening, should be promptly changed oil.

If the pump temperature rises obviously, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and the exhaust port of the pump produces lampblack, it shall check whether the exhaust filter is blocked. If it is blocked, it shall be replaced in time. The exhaust pressure gauge can be installed in the refueling hole of the pump to check whether the filter is blocked. Replace the exhaust filter when pressure exceeds 0.6bar(gauge pressure).
Five, clean the suction filter
The suction strainer should be kept clean to prevent rapid drawdown.
Vi. Storage method
If the pump is not used for a long time, should drain the oil and clean the pump, and then inject the specified new oil placed in a dry place.
