Water ring vacuum pump work flow


The main working parts of water ring vacuum pump body are moving shaft and impeller. The device rotates at a high speed. The upper part of the closed water ring is strictly required to keep tangential with the hub of the impeller, while the lower part of the closed water ring should be in contact with the tip of the blade. When the position state of the upper and lower parts remains normal, a crescent space will be formed. The space part is divided into two parts of the impeller and the blade, forming a number of Chambers of different sizes. In the installation process of the vacuum pump impeller part, in order to ensure the normal working state, it is necessary to carry out an angular deflection, but also to set a difference speed between the rotation speed of the water ring and the rotation speed of the impeller, to ensure that there is a speed difference between the two, so that the relative movement between the water ring and the impeller blade. As the impeller rotates, a closed space is formed between the water ring and the blade. The longer the rotation, the larger the enclosed space, the lower the internal pressure, the lower the internal air pressure. In order to keep the air pressure stable, the air suction hole begins to form gas suction action continuously until the air pressure of the two parts is the same. When the closed space is connected with the exhaust hole and the pressure is higher than the exhaust hole, the gas is continuously discharged, so the cycle, the suction port will form a certain degree of vacuum, so as to meet the work requirements.
In the whole working process, due to the mechanical movement work constantly produce new heat, and constantly from the external air absorption medium also exist heat, resulting in the vacuum pump temperature rising. In order to ensure that the internal air temperature can be maintained in a stable state to maintain the normal operation of the machine, it is necessary to constantly supply water and supplement the cooling liquid, to ensure that the overall working state of the machine to reach the normal level.
