No-tail Vacuum Technology for Vacuum Pump Unit


The traditional insulating cup of vacuum pump unit is made of two layers of glass inside and outside. The vacuum is pumped in the middle to insulate heat transfer. High vacuum and long holding time
Because vacuum is pumped and sealed at nearly 1000 C, the vacuum degree is the same as that with tail vacuum. When the product returns to normal temperature, the vacuum degree is much higher than that with tail vacuum. Therefore, the thermal insulation effect of Sibao vacuum utensils is higher than that of QB/T 2332-97 industry standard.
Large effective capacity
Since there is no rat tail like "tail vacuum", there is no need to set up a "tail chamber", so the effective space is large. Compared with the products with the same appearance volume of "tail vacuum", the effective space of "tail-less vacuum" products is much larger.
Long service life
The "tailed vacuum" adopts the "pressure sealing technology", which can not completely guarantee the sealing in micro. The "tailless vacuum" uses the "melting sealing technology", which makes the solder melt at high temperature and seal the exhaust holes, so it can ensure long-term non-venting and non-leakage. Consumers have not yet received complaints about the vacuum heating function. Whole suction -- "tailless vacuum" equipment is a large-scale equipment with high automation, high quality and high cost. Moreover, the management and use technology is complex and difficult to master. The power consumption of single product is several times higher than that of "tailed vacuum". So at present, only a few enterprises in China have fully mastered and used this technology. However, due to the high technical level, it must become the development direction of stainless steel vacuum vessel production technology and the technical conditions for consumers to pursue products.
