First, oil leakage can occur in many parts, oil leakage may be caused by these reasons, such as improper installation method, or inadequate sealing parts, or parts are damaged, there are impurities blocked, self-made rubber pad, oil resistance, but also consistent with the original shape, if the sealing surface is large, very good. If it is loose, it will leak oil.
Secondly, if the rotary vane vacuum pump does not rotate, do not immediately open the vacuum pump if you do not know what the reason is, in order to prevent the failure from aggravating, see if the hand can be turned. If you can coil, but do not rotate, to see if the coupling is bad, there are motor conditions, if not coil, or very laborious, to see the start of the pump temperature, pump oil viscosity is not high, if stopped, the pump returns to a lot of oil, we have to consider whether the oil level is too high reasons and so on.
Thirdly, the pump temperature is very high. There is a limit value of the pump temperature on the general instructions. If the limit value is exceeded, the viscosity of the pump oil will be reduced, which will affect the efficiency of its pumping and damage the rubber parts.
