Vacuum pump unit after the shutdown process

After the vacuum pump unit is shut down, a series of shut down treatment is needed, otherwise the impurities remaining in the internal will damage the unit, and some other reasons will lead to the failure to start the unit normally next time, so the following will talk about the correct treatment process after the shutdown, please refer to it.
1. First drive the control handle on the control cabinet of the vacuum pump unit into the manual gear, and then manually close the suction valve to separate it from the vacuum system.
2. Stop the pump step by step according to the sequence of the main pump and the front stage of the intermediate pump. Note: the shutdown must be in strict accordance with the correct operation sequence. Manual operation can be stopped at any time, and automatic operation, to wait for the system to reach the required working pressure, can control the unit through the pressure transmitter signal stop.
3. Then empty and close the inlet valve and outlet valve of the vacuum pump set, and then close the water replenishment valve of the soda separator. At this time, make sure that the inlet and outlet valve is closed. After that, open the emptying valve of the soda separator, open the emptying valve of the pump body, and discharge the circulating liquid, check, wipe, maintain the equipment, clean up the sanitation and other work. After confirming that the medium in the pump is cleaned, return the tool, fill in the operation record, and finally cut off the power supply.
4. Please note that if there are impurities in the liquid in the unit, open the bottom of the pump to drain and flush after the unit stops.
5. Vacuum pump unit shall be carefully coated with protective oil after complete cleaning, so as to avoid rust and corrosion of the unit affecting the use effect.
Although the shutdown of vacuum pump unit is very troublesome, if it is done step by step, it will be found that its service life is longer than other units, the failure rate is lower, and the work efficiency is higher.
