The newly developed multi-group series and parallel roots water ring vacuum units have been successfully applied to the steel refining and vacuum systems of 10T, 15T and 25t-vd furnaces. After field operation, all the indicators of this unit meet the design requirements. Compared with the traditional steam injection pump, it has the following characteristics:
1. It only consumes electric energy and does not need steam. It is not affected by weather, temperature, steam and other conditions.
2, the unit is equipped with pressure, temperature sensors, through the control cabinet PLC program to effectively control the unit, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
3. Compared with the steam jet pump, the energy saving effect is significant, up to 40~60%.
4. The former stage pump USES water as the working medium for the water ring pump, which is highly insensitive to inflammable, explosive and dust-containing pumped medium.
5, the unique control system can ensure the efficient work of the whole unit, give full play to the pumping characteristics and ability of each pump, will be pumped out of the system to the specified pressure in a short time.
6. Compared with imported mechanical pump unit, it has the same efficiency, but the price can be saved 2~3 times, and the maintenance is convenient and instant.
