Leak detection function and method of screw vacuum pump
The ideal screw vacuum pump system or screw vacuum pump container should have no leakage and leakage. However, no screw vacuum pump system or screw vacuum pump container can absolutely leak. Especially in the case of very low pressure, with the increasing influence of air leakage, the vacuum degree of screw vacuum pump can not meet the predetermined process requirements, which is a fairly common problem. Therefore, it is an important job of the screw vacuum pump technicians to detect the leakage position of the screw vacuum pump system or the screw vacuum pump container, determine the blockage of the leakage hole and eliminate the leakage phenomenon.
The so-called leakage or real leakage, it is the gas through the screw vacuum pump system leakage hole or clearance, from the side flow to the low pressure side of a phenomenon. Screw vacuum pump leakage detection technology commonly used in the basic concept of the following points.
(1) virtual leakage is a physical phenomenon related to actual leakage. This is mainly due to the material degassing, desorption, condensate or the gas in the system in the dead corner outflow and other reasons, resulting in the screw vacuum pump system or container pressure rise phenomenon, screw vacuum pump leak detection operation to eliminate the impact of leakage.
(2) air tightness - it is to characterize the screw vacuum pump system or the container wall of air impermeability.
(3) leakage refers to the existence of polar hole and infinite hole or aging phenomenon in the screw vacuum pump. It is a screw vacuum pump system or container larger than this hole or gap.
(4) leakage rate the leakage rate is the leakage rate. Refers to the amount of gas that enters the screw vacuum pump system or container through leakage or gap in unit time.
(5) the smaller detectable leakage rate refers to the smaller leakage rate that can be detected by a certain leakage detection method or instrument.
(6) leak detection sensitivity, that is, the effective sensitivity, is the small leakage rate that can be detected by the leak detector under better working conditions.
(7) response time, also known as response time, refers to the time required from the beginning of leak detection method (such as the beginning of injection of leaking gas) to the indicating method or meter indicating value increasing to 63% of its very large value.
(8) elimination time refers to the time taken from the stop of the leak detection method (such as the stop injection of test leakage) to the drop of the indicated value of the method or instrument to the stop value of 37%.
