centrifugal pump. Its function is to prevent the leakage of conveying medium and
improve the working efficiency of centrifugal pump. For conveying special
acid-base medium and chemical liquid, Nanfang pump's mechanical seal can prevent
the loss and pollution caused by medium leakage. Therefore, the mechanical seal
inspection of centrifugal pump is more important in the daily parts inspection
of centrifugal pump. The mechanical seal inspection of Nanfang pump includes the
following six points:
1. Check the mechanical seal of Nanfang pump for
impurities, such as sediment or welding slag.
2. Check whether there are
scratches, cracks and other defects on the surface of the dynamic and static
rings of the centrifugal pump mechanical seal of Nanfang pump. These defects
will cause serious leakage of the mechanical seal.
3. Check whether there are
defects affecting the seal in the dynamic and static ring seats. For example,
whether there are scars and other defects on the matching surface of the dynamic
and static ring seat and the dynamic and static ring sealing rubber ring.
4.
Check whether the mechanical seal compensation spring is damaged and deformed,
and whether the obstinacy coefficient changes.
5. Check whether there are
burr, groove mark and other defects in the sealing sleeve.
6. Clean and check
all sealing rubber rings for cracks, air holes and other defects, and measure
whether the rubber ring diameter is within the scope of work deviation.
7.
The mechanical seal with pumping mechanism should also check whether there are
cracks, broken lines and other defects in the helix of the screw pump.
