What's the difference between an ejector and a vacuum pump?

Ejectors use compressed air to create a vacuum, and vacuum pumps use electricity to create a vacuum.

In terminal applications, the injector is used for low vacuum and low flow applications and the vacuum pump is used for high vacuum and high flow applications. Vacuum pumps can also be used for higher efficiency or clean room applications.
