How to prolong the service life and maintain the high temperature oil pump?

 

High temperature oil pump is an ideal hot oil circulating pump or heat carrier transfer pump. It is an ideal matching pump for heat exchange equipment. The hot oil pump has reasonable structure, excellent performance and reliable use. It is suitable for conveying high-temperature liquid without solid particles. High temperature oil pump is a general mechanical equipment with a wide range of uses. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, electric power, agriculture, national defense, national defense and other departments, and plays an important role in the national economy. 1. Measures to improve the service life of high temperature oil pump: (1) The disassembly, cleaning, temperature rise, cooling, start and stop of high-temperature oil pump shall be operated in strict accordance with the regulations to avoid undue losses. The data show that by reducing the temperature in the bearing area, the bearing capacity of the bearing can be greatly increased. There is no need to replace the high-capacity pump. The outlet pressure measuring point of CQBG high temperature magnetic pump shall be set with interlocking stop alarm, otherwise, once the discharge pipeline is blocked, the pump body is easy to be damaged. When cleaning the liquid transfer, do not use the pump to deliver the cleaning liquid. Remove the internals and install them after the liquid transfer to avoid mixing foreign matters in the pump. (3) When the output increases each time, the output, speed, inlet and outlet pressure and current value at that time shall be recorded, and the data before and after shall be compared and carefully analyzed, so as to find abnormalities as soon as possible and deal with them in time 2. Daily maintenance and operation management of high temperature oil pump: (1) Since the high-temperature oil pump body operates at high temperature, hinged support shall be set on the piping during cold installation to prevent piping displacement after temperature rise. (2) In case of power failure or interruption of heat medium circulation for more than 3omin, the pump shall be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled to avoid damage to the high-temperature pump due to poor bearing lubrication caused by melt solidification and cracking. (3) The melt filter behind the outlet of the high-temperature oil pump shall be replaced regularly and shall not operate under high pressure or even the upper pressure limit for a long time. (4) Precautions when starting the high temperature oil pump. When there is no pressure at the outlet, do not increase the speed blindly to prevent premature damage of the shaft or bearing. (5) The coupling must be thermally aligned after the pump body is heated to avoid additional torque during operation (6) . regular replacement of bearings can save maintenance costs. 3 for the packing shaft seal pump with negative pressure, the pressure at the stuffing box shall be kept higher than the external atmospheric pressure. Because the melt viscosity is a decreasing function of the shear rate, the extrusion of the gear and the shear of the bearing will increase the melt temperature by 3 ~ 5 ℃ after passing through the pump, and reducing the heat medium temperature can prevent melt degradation. (7) Speed up shall be carried out slowly, and the front and rear pressure shall not rise sharply, so as not to damage the bearing or block the lubrication channel with melt. When it is found that the wear on the inner surface of the shaft or bearing is close to the thickness of the hardened layer, the shaft can be polished and reused, and only the bearing can be replaced, which can prolong the service life of the pump shaft by 8 ~ 10 years. (8) The temperature of the heat medium jacket of the pump body can be slightly lower than that of the front and rear jacket. (9) The outlet pressure measuring point of high-temperature pump shall be set with interlocking stop alarm, otherwise, once the discharge pipeline is blocked, it is easy to cause damage to the pump body. (10) When cleaning the liquid transfer, do not use the pump to deliver the cleaning liquid. Remove the internals and install them after the liquid transfer to prevent foreign matters from mixing in the pump.
