The fixed piece is tensioned by the tension spring to make it close to the rotor to prevent the reverse "breaking" of gas. Therefore, the tension spring has a large expansion frequency and is easy to break. If one of the two tension springs is broken, the beating sound of the exhaust valve is paroxysmal, and the oil tank cover can be removed for inspection.
In winter, the viscosity of oil sometimes becomes very large. After stopping the pump, air is not put into the pump chamber in time, resulting in oil filling the pump chamber. When the pump is started suddenly, it is difficult to squeeze out the oil in the cavity. The stator is often squeezed out of the stator slot or the rotor is broken (or even the rotor is cracked), so it is impossible to pump air. When repairing, only the fixed piece escapes. The tail end of the fixed piece can be gently knocked with wood to make it return to the original position, and the belt pulley can be turned by hand. After the pump oil in the cavity is discharged, the pump can be started for air extraction. If the rotor is damaged, it shall be replaced with a new one.
Therefore, it is necessary to abide by certain regulations for the start and normal operation of the fixed film pump, and the oil change criteria should be regulated on schedule.
