① No response after power on. Most of
them are caused by short circuit of power plug, power outgoing line and motor
winding.
② , difficult to start or unable to start, accompanied by "buzzing"
sound. During maintenance, small bamboo can be used to quickly move the fan
blade according to the running direction. If the motor runs quickly, it
indicates that the starting capacitor or starting winding is damaged. Replace
the capacitor with the same capacity or repair the starting winding; If the
motor is stuck, it is mostly the mechanical failure of the motor and pump head,
such as bearing damage, impeller jamming, etc.
③ The motor can run, but the
speed is slow, and the casing is overheated and has a burning smell. Most of
them are caused by short circuit of motor winding. The motor shall be
disassembled and repaired by welding, jumper, isolation, rewinding and other
measures according to the damage.
④ Large noise and vibration during
operation. In most cases, the bearing is damaged or the fit between the bearing
and the casing is improper. The motor needs to be disassembled for inspection.
If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced; If the bearing runs out of the
outer circle, the matching surface of the pump shell can be chiseled; If the
bearing runs inside the circle, the worn parts of the motor shaft can be
chiseled. If the wear is serious, the method of surfacing first and then turning
shall be adopted for repair.
