Several precautions for installing stainless steel self-priming pump should be kept in mind!

The stainless steel self-priming pump has made more changes in function and material in order to discharge gas more smoothly in the self-priming process, and it is also easy to connect the exhaust pipe or valve. However, special attention should be paid during installation to ensure that there will be no instability during operation.
1. Pay attention to stability
In order to ensure that the service life of the pump is increased when it is directly connected with the motor. Therefore, when installing and correcting, you must ensure that the installation of the whole pump is stable, including its pump shaft and motor output, which should be on the same shaft degree.
2. Firmly installed
When the stainless steel self-priming pump is running, the power is very strong. In order to ensure that the equipment can be used stably, it must be firm between various lock nuts during installation, so as to avoid mechanical failure caused by impeller movement.
3. Storage solution left
Although this kind of machine pump does not need to be filled with water, in order to avoid the occurrence of dry friction inside the machine, we must ensure that a certain amount of stored liquid is stored in the pump body.
4. Pipeline installation
In order to ensure that this kind of pump can complete a good self-priming process, the maximum height of its suction inlet must not exceed 5m. At the same time, the suction port must be used with the support, so as to reduce the load borne by the pipeline. Of course, there must be no solid sundries in the pipeline, and the filter surface should be checked regularly.
5. The axial deviation shall be controlled within 0.1mm
When installing between the shaft device and the shaft device, the maximum deviation of its shaft degree must be controlled, otherwise once the height difference deviates too much, it will lead to instability during the operation of the self-priming pump.
