Introduction to the assembly process
of centrifugal pump:
General requirements for assembly
1.1 The pump parts
must be qualified products, and all rust prevention treatments have been
completed.
1.2 During assembly, the parts shall be cleaned without oil, dirt
and scrap iron.
1.3 The exposed machined surfaces of carbon steel and cast
iron parts shall be coated with antirust oil or grease.
1.4 After the pump is
assembled, there must be an arrow mark on the rotation direction of the
pump.
1.5 After assembly, the pump must be marked, and the method shall be
implemented according to Q/SPCN.G.28001 "Product Identification and Traceability
Control Procedure".
1.6 After passing the pump performance test, the water in
the pump shall be removed, and the carbon steel pump body flow passage, carbon
steel impeller flow passage and external surface as well as carbon steel pump
shaft shall be coated with antirust oil or grease. Anti rust process of the
machine.
1.7 Before packaging the pump, install a 5mm thick Q235-A material
blind plate at the inlet and outlet of the pump body. If there is a matching
flange, install it on the blind plate.
2. Requirements for assembly and Z
final assembly
2.1 When assembling flat keys and bearings, do not knock them
directly with a hammer. They shall be assembled with wooden hammers, copper rods
or special assembly tools.
2.2 When the inner diameter of the bearing is an
interference fit such as r6 and s6, it is necessary to conduct hot assembly, and
the temperature is 80-120 ° C.
2.3 The connecting end of stud bolt and parent
body shall be coated with dry oil, and the length shall be consistent and
tightened evenly.
2.4 During the assembly process, it is strictly forbidden
to scratch the surface of parts, especially the mating and sealing surfaces, so
as not to affect the assembly quality.
3. Assembly of mechanical seal
3.1
During assembly, each joint surface shall be closely matched, and the friction
surface shall be coated with industrial Vaseline.
4. Assembly
4.1 When
assembling the coupling, lubricate the inner hole, journal and key. Use even
force during assembly to avoid damage to parts due to impact.
