Assembly method of rolling bearing and coupling of water ring vacuum pump



Water ring vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum pump used in factory. It is usually used in various industries. The most important one is the rolling bearing of the equipment and the two components of the coupling. They are complementary and need to be assembled at the same time. The assembly method is described as follows:
1、 Coupling assembly
1. The coupling is a device that connects the driving shaft and the driven shaft together. It is divided into motor coupling and pump coupling.
2. During installation, the two 200-1 must be concentric and have equal axial clearance between the two ends. Otherwise, it will seriously affect the operation and service life of the machine. Therefore, finding the coupling is an important part of the assembly work. Ring.
3. Requirements for axial clearance of coupling:
A uniform axial clearance shall be maintained between the two couplings. This is to prevent the two couplings from colliding during operation, and the clearance can be checked by feeler gauge, usually 4-6 mm feeler gauge can be used.
4. Couplings with different axial requirements:
The axis of pump shaft and motor shaft shall be in the same straight line. If there is a certain inclination, the machine will run unevenly, produce vibration and noise, cause bearing wear, and affect the service life of the machine.
When two half couplings are installed, due to the same outer circle size of the two half couplings, different axial degrees need to be used, so different axial degrees can be checked through the outer circle.
In this way, check the upper, lower, left and right positions until they are all close together and there is no gap. The different axial degrees of coupling shall not exceed 0.05mm.
The inspection method is to place a ruler on the outer circle of the two half couplings and observe whether the ruler is close to the outer circle of the two couplings.
The two couplings are not concentric because one is firmly fixed and the other has a gap, indicating that adjustment is required.
2、 Assembly method of rolling bearing
1. The assembly of the rolling bearing of the water ring vacuum pump depends on the interference between the rolling bearing and the journal or the bearing hole. When the interference is small, press fit method can be used for assembly. When the interference is large, it can be assembled by hot loading.
2. When the hot filling method is used, the bearing is heated in the oil, the temperature of the oil should be lower than 100, and it should be placed on the journal immediately after being taken out of the oil.
3. When using the press in method for assembly, the inner valve seat can be impacted symmetrically with a copper rod and a hand hammer in a certain order, or the soft metal sleeve can be used to drive or use a hand hammer.
The operation of water ring vacuum pump can not be separated from the help of internal components. Among them, the two very important ones for equipment are rolling bearing and coupling. The two are separable. When disassembling and assembling them, the following steps must be strictly carried out to avoid improper installation.
