rules for maintenance and repair of multistage centrifugal pump
This
regulation is applicable to the maintenance and overhaul of general multi-stage
centrifugal pump with suction diameter of 100 mm and above for transporting
clean water with temperature not higher than 80 ℃ and other liquids with similar
chemical properties; The maintenance and overhaul of multi-stage centrifugal
pump with liquid temperature higher than 80 ℃ but not higher than 110 ℃ or
suction diameter less than 100 mm can also be referred to. The maintenance and
overhaul of the motor shall be carried out according to the motor maintenance
and overhaul regulations.

Maintenance category maintenance is divided into regular maintenance and
irregular maintenance. Regular maintenance is divided into minor repair and
major repair.

centrifugal pump
1. Replace the packing or repair the mechanical seal.
2.
Check the bearing and correct the coupling.
3. Tighten the bolts of all parts
to eliminate the defects and leakage during operation.
4. Clean or repair
cooling water and lubricating oil (grease).
5. Clean and repair the suction
filter screen, check valve and operation system valve.
6. Check the bending
of pump shaft and adjust the clearance of each part.
7. Check and repair the
end contact between the balance disc and the balance ring, and the end contact
between each section, impeller hub, shaft sleeve, balance disc hub, shaft
shoulder and fastening nut.
8. Check or repair the bearing bush, and adjust
the parallelism between the pump axis and the pump body foundation plane.
9.
Align the coupling.
10. Repair or replace impeller and other main parts,
replace bearing gasket and other vulnerable parts.
11. Clean the whole
machine and auxiliary machine, remove rust and paint.
