1. Boot up

2. Shut down
First of all, close the air ballast valve of the front stage oil seal mechanical pump, then close the intake valve of Roots vacuum pump, and then stop roots pump first, and then stop the front stage pump. Do not mistake the shutdown procedure. At the same time of stopping the front stage pump, immediately release the air to the air inlet of the front stage pump and close the cooling water inlet valve.
