We often hear or see a lot of people talking about Roots vacuum pumps online. In fact, this is not the correct way. Roots vacuum pumps are used in many applications with liquid pumps such as liquid ring vacuum pumps or screw vacuum pumps.

2. The start of the Roots vacuum pump is only required to start when the foreline pump is pumped to the Roots vacuum pump to allow the starting pressure. Direct start or failure to reach the air pressure requirement will cause the Roots vacuum pump to overload and burn the motor. Usually the starting pressure is about 1.5 times the pressure difference. For example, the pressure difference of ZJ150 is 6000pa, then the starting pressure is that the water ring pump can start when the system pressure is pumped to 90 mbar.
3. If the foreline pump is a water ring pump, in order to prevent the circulating water of the water ring pump from flowing back into the fuel tank, a check valve must be installed between the front water ring pumps.
4, Roots vacuum pump must pass the Roots vacuum pump unit to play its role.
