The wiring procedure of vacuum pump is introduced
After the completion of vacuum pump processing and production, it is necessary to wire the vacuum pump before the first use, which is an important work. The wiring quality will directly affect the performance of the vacuum pump. Therefore, the vacuum pump manufacturer introduced the following wiring steps.
1. When wrapping with polyester insulating tape, one half of the first circle must be pressed and wrapped in 8-12 layers. After the vacuum pump is wrapped, two layers of plastic tape should be wrapped for strength.
2. Strip the cable copper core about 30 -- 35mm long, wipe the copper wire with emery cloth, shine preferably, also strip the copper wire of the external three-core cable 30 -- 35mm, and wipe it with emery cloth.
3. Insert the copper wire stripped from the three-core cable and the external cable into each other, then tie tightly with a thin copper wire according to the figure, cut off the remaining part, and press flat with scissors to avoid sticking hands.
4. The three wire ends shall be soldered firmly with tin respectively. The surface of the welding head shall be smooth without burr and false welding.
5. After dressing, take a basin of cold water and soak the wrapped thread in water safely. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with 500V megohm meter and the insulation shall not be lower than 50megohm.

The check valve is a one-way valve. When the pump stops, the vacuum of the vacuum tube is higher than the pump chamber. The gas will enter the pump chamber from the exhaust port, and the water pressure will be transferred to the vacuum tube. Water ring vacuum pump installed check valve, mainly for protection:
