With the development of mechanization, the mechanical performance of vacuum pump unit has experienced the technical improvement and performance improvement from generation to generation. 1. Surface treatment:
The oxide layer is completely removed from the surface and the vacuum pump unit is cleaned with acetone.
2. Harmonic materials:

A thin layer of the repair material should be applied first to ensure complete coverage of the adhesive and no gaps must be left to avoid secondary corrosion. The material is then applied evenly to the surface of the repair to achieve the required thickness.
