2. Spring selection:
General shock absorber manufacturers to choose the spring to meet the following requirements: the spring diameter should not be less than 0.8 times the height under the rated load; The spring shall have a certain additional stroke, and the vortex flow meter shall be equal to at least 50% of the rated static deflection; The horizontal stiffness of the spring is at least 100% of the rigidity of the stiffened steel to ensure the stability of the shock absorber.
3, spring shock absorber deflection selection:
In general, the rated deflection (spring rated compression) of the shock absorber proposed by the vibration absorber manufacturer is generally 25MM(self-frequency value is about 3-4hz), which can be used for vibration isolation of the vacuum pump at 650 revolutions per minute. When the speed is below 650, it is recommended to use a spring isolator with a deflection below 40.
