How to control the flow of the rotary vane vacuum pump
Rotary vane vacuum pump flow control adjustment has always been a headache for the industry. Common methods include adjusting the plunger or piston stroke, adjusting stroke and pump speed. Among them, the method of adjusting stroke is the most widely used. The method of change is simple and reliable. There are three ways to adjust the stroke:
1. Manual adjustment when parking: manually adjust the stroke of the rotary vane vacuum pump when parking.
2. Manual adjustment during operation: change the axial displacement during pump operation to change the radius of the crank in a simple manner to achieve the purpose of adjusting the stroke length. Commonly used methods include N-shaped crankshaft adjustment, L-shaped crankshaft adjustment, and eccentric cam adjustment.
3, automatic adjustment during operation: there are two kinds of pneumatic control and electric control. Pneumatic control achieves the purpose of automatically adjusting the stroke by changing the pressure signal of the air source; the electric control achieves the purpose of automatically adjusting the stroke by changing the electrical signal.
The rotary vane vacuum pump can realize the two-dimensional adjustment of the output flow of the metering pump by adjusting the stroke length and the reciprocating frequency under the condition of the metering medium and the working pressure. In relatively simple applications, the stroke length can also be set manually, using only the stroke frequency as a manipulated variable, simplifying system configuration. Which method is used specifically, you can choose according to your actual situation.
