Working Principle of Roots Blower and Roots Blower

Roots fan is a constant volume fan. The conveying air volume is proportional to the rotational speed. The three-blade impeller is sucked and exhausted three times by two impellers per rotation. Compared with the two-blade impeller, the gas pulsation is less, the load changes are smaller, the mechanical strength is higher, the noise is lower and the vibration is smaller. There are two three-blade impellers on two parallel axles. There is always a small gap between the wheel and the orifice in the elliptical box and each impeller. Because the impeller rotates in the opposite direction and uniformly, a certain amount of gas surrounded by the box and impeller is transported from the inhaled side to the exhausted side. Each impeller keeps the correct phase from the synchronous gear all the time, and does not touch each other. Therefore, it can be high-speed without internal lubrication, and has simple structure, stable operation, stable performance and adaptability to various uses. It has been used in a wide range of fields.
Working Principle of Centrifugal Blower (Same as Centrifugal Pump)
When the motor rotates to drive the fan impeller to rotate, the gas between the blades in the impeller rotates along with it, and throws out these gases under the action of centrifugal force. The gas flow velocity increases, so that the kinetic energy is converted to the static pressure energy in the flow. Then, with the increase of the fluid pressure, the static pressure energy is converted to the velocity energy, and the gas is discharged through the exhaust port, which forms a certain negative in the impeller. Pressure, because the inlet is negative pressure, so that the outside gas is immediately added under the action of atmospheric pressure, and continuously discharged and added under the action of continuous rotation of impeller, thus achieving the purpose of continuous blast. At the same power, wind pressure and air volume are generally inversely proportional. Under the same power, if the wind pressure is high, the wind volume will be relatively low, but if the wind volume is large, the wind pressure will be lower, so as to make full use of the efficiency of the motor.
The structure and working principle of rotary blower:
Blower pressure range: 0.1-0.5 kgf/cm2 rotary blower has exquisite structure. It mainly consists of the following six parts: motor, air transitor, blower body, air chamber, base (fuel tank) and oil drop nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the deflected rotor in the cylinder, and the volume change among the four blades in the rotor slot sucks, compresses and expels air. In operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send lubrication to the oil drop nozzle, which drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder from refluxing.
The structure and working principle of centrifugal blower:
The extrusion propulsion force of the rotating blade enables the fluid to obtain energy, increase its pressure energy and kinetic energy, and its structure is shown in the figure. The impeller 1 is installed in the cylindrical (conical fan) pump housing 3. When the impeller rotates, the fluid flows in the axial direction, and after obtaining energy in the blade passage, it flows out along the axial direction.
