Solution to Inability of Start-up of Medium-Ring Rotary Vacuum Pump

Central vacuum pump specializes in the production and maintenance of various types of water ring vacuum pumps, but also encountered a variety of rotary vane vacuum pump problems, and after a period of time can not start normally is one. So what should we do when we meet this situation? The Central Vacuum Pump puts forward the following points, hoping to help you.
1. Check whether it is the mechanical fault of the rotary vane vacuum pump itself.
If this is the case, the main reasons are: too tight packing or between impeller and pump body blocked by debris; pump shaft, bearing, leakage ring rust; pump shaft serious bending, etc. Solutions: Relax the packing, dredge the water diversion tank; remove the pump body to remove impurities and rust; remove the pump shaft to correct or replace the new pump shaft.
2. The power supply of the rotary vane vacuum pump should be checked to see if it is normal: whether the connection is reliable; whether the switch contacts are tight; whether the fuse is fused; whether the three-phase power supply is unequal. If there are circuit breaks, bad contacts, fuse fuses and phase gaps, the causes should be identified and repaired in time.
