Comparisons between dry screw vacuum pump and claw vacuum pump!
Dry screw vacuum pump and claw vacuum pump are both vacuum pumps, but because of the different working principles, there will be structural differences. In order to obtain the lowest possible pressure, the two pumps are divided into four stages, but the claw is separated by the pump stage through the baffle and stage, and the screw pump through the screw intersection through the stage separation, so there is a great difference between the two stages.
First of all, the differences in the use process are as follows:
1. Dry screw vacuum pump has the shortest gas passage and the same gas transfer position between different stages, which is conducive to the rapid discharge of gas outside the pump, reducing the change of gas and condensation in the pump, and facilitating the discharge of solid particles. Because of the existence of stepped zoning, the gas passage is long and curved, and the gas condensates easily and blockages the passage easily.
2. The pump body and rotor of screw vacuum pump are monolithic, which is easy to carry out anti-corrosion treatment. The step plate of claw pump is almost impossible to be surface treated, and the corrosion coating on the rotor surface is easy to be damaged during assembly.
Secondly, reliability differences:
1. Because of the existence of stepped plate, the rotor and pump shaft can not be integrated, and the rotor is installed on the shaft. In order to facilitate installation and disassembly, the fit can not be too tight, so the rolling keys and loosening operation are prone to rotor rotation. The shaft and rotor of the dry screw vacuum pump are integrally cast and moulded, which is fully integrated and has no assembly problems.
2. Claw vacuum pump has many clearances, such as the clearance between the rotor and the rotor, the clearance between the rotor and the pump body, the clearance between the rotor and the end cover and the separator, each clearance is independent. As long as there is any gap, the pump can not work properly. The screw vacuum pump only has the clearance between the exhaust end and the rotor to determine its performance. The clearance between the rotor and the rotor is interrelated, and the operation reliability is very high.
Third, sustainability differences
1. Disassembly
The disassembly of claw pump is difficult: because of the multi-stage structure, all disassemblies should be divided into multi-stage decomposition. Rotor disassembly is a real difficulty, the accuracy of each disassembly will be reduced to varying degrees. Even simple cleaning requires disassembly and reassembly.
Dry screw vacuum pump is easy to disassemble: only the back cover bearing is removed to remove the rotor from the front end, which is very simple. If only cleaning and disassembly, just put the rotor back into the pump body after cleaning without any adjustment.
2. install
Claw pump assembly is difficult: when installing claw pump, the fourth stage rotor should control eight clearances at the end of the rotor. If any clearance between the rotor and the rotor is not adjusted properly, it must be re-machined. If the rotor is to be installed on the shaft, it must also impact the rotor, which is easy to damage parts. Dry screw vacuum pump is easy to assemble: when assembling screw pump, the clearance between screw and exhaust wall and clearance can be controlled only by controlling the clearance between exhaust end faces.
