1. Daily maintenance of oil-free screw vacuum pump
1) Check and adjust the oil level in the crankcase in normal position.
2) Check and eliminate leakage, leakage and leakage.
3) Check and adjust the tension of the triangular belt to normal (finger pressure 15-25 mm)
4) Keep the pump clean.
5) When the pump body is found to be overheated, abnormal sound and other abnormal conditions, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection.
2. 100-hour maintenance
In addition to the maintenance according to the "routine maintenance" project, it must also be maintained.
1) After the first oil change for 100 hours, replace all the lubricating oil in the crankcase, and then replace it every 1000 hours. The oil discharge and cleaning must be carried out while the pump stops.
2) Open the cover, remove the disc, seat and spring, and clear the dirt on it. If abnormal wear is found, it should be repaired or replaced.
3) Check fasteners, bolts, bolts, nuts, belts, etc.
3. 1000 Hours Maintenance
In addition to completing the 100-hour maintenance project, it is also necessary to:
1) Check whether the cylinder bolts, connecting rod bolts and nuts, piston rod nuts, pulley locking nuts suction queue pipe bolts and other bolts are abnormal.
2) Check the matching between the disc and the seat, and make abrasive modification if necessary. At the same time, remove the dirt in suction, exhaust and valve seat, valve cover and so on.
3) Check the wear and tear of cylinder inner wall, piston ring, cross head and cross head sliding sleeve, cross head pin and connecting rod small head bearing bush, crank pin and connecting rod big head bearing bush, and replace them when necessary.
4) Check the piston opening interval, and clean the piston, piston ring groove dirt.
5) Remove sediment from cylinder and parts.
4. After 2000-2500 hours of operation, the pump should be overhauled. All parts and components should be cleaned and inspected. The parts with serious wear and tear should be replaced. After overhaul, when the piston is in the upper and lower dead-point position, the two end planes of the piston should be basically equal to the upper and lower end planes of the cylinder (within 0.5-0.8mm). The assembled pump can be put into operation only after running for 1-2 hours to confirm that everything is normal. If the pump is ready to stop using for a long time, clean the lubricating oil and cooling water while shutting down, wash the crankcase with clean lubricating oil and release the oil. After injecting new lubricating oil, rotate the crankshaft pulley several times by hand. The holes of the pump are wrapped with plastic cloth to prevent rainwater, dust and debris from falling into the triangular belt. Pulp pumps are stored in ventilated, dry and non-corrosive gas covered areas.
