After starting the water ring vacuum pump, we should stick to the position, often check the motor, bearing temperature is normal, each smooth point is smooth or outstanding, adjust the water intake of the water seal, reduce the water consumption as far as possible in order to ensure the sealing of the pump, adjust the water supply, and keep the water level of the air-water separator at a regular height. The pump can reach the highest vacuum with the least water consumption.
Often check whether the vacuum pump and the active drainage device are normal, and prohibit filtrate from entering the vacuum pump. The standby pump should be operated every ten days to avoid rust in the pump. When parking water-ring vacuum pump, we should first close the intake pipe and then the exhaust pipe, then cut off power and stop filling and water filling in the gas-water separator.
When the overflow of the gas-water separator stops overflowing, the irrigation pipe in the pump is closed. If the pump parks for a long time, it is necessary to unscrew the drainage pipe of the pump and gas-water separator to completely drain the water. In winter, anti-freezing operation should be done to avoid freezing cracking of the pump and water pipe.
