How to do overhaul of vacuum pump?
How to do the overhaul of vacuum pump? How to proceed the steps? Next we will follow the vacuum pump manufacturers to understand.
1. Cut off the power supply and unplug the power plug. If the pump is on the system, it should be removed from the equipment.
2. Turn open the oil bolt to release the oil, and move the pulley by hand, so that all the remaining oil in the pump chamber is released. Oil should be collected well, usually by putting an iron oil pan or disk on the bottom of the vacuum pump (commonly known as square disk) for distillation and recovery in the future and free from environmental pollution.
3. Remove the belt, remove the pulley and key, remove the bottom plate, and repair or send the electrician to wash the oil depending on the motor's quality (such as heat, dirty, noise from dry grinding, high vibration, etc.).
4. First remove the low vacuum end cover plate (the back end cover plate, which is far from the end of the pump wheel), and use different tools according to different screw when disassembling. For general hexagonal screw can use a rigid wrench, the inner hexagonal screw should use the inner hexagonal wrench, if necessary, the sleeve wrench, so that the screw will not be damaged. After unscrewing the end cover plate screw, lightly open the end cover plate. If the end cover plate is tightly packed, it should be slowly managed to open. For example, a file can be used to file a small groove at the joint between the pump chamber and the end cover plate. Then a screwdriver (taper) is inserted into the groove and a hand is used to knock the handle. A hammer can also be used to tap the screwdriver lightly to exit the end cover plate. Never hammer is allowed to knock heavily.
5. If the rubber gasket is sealed, remove the rubber gasket and withdraw from the positioning pin.
6. Remove the rotor and rotor. Usually, a dagger with two tapped threads at the end of the low rotor is easily pulled out by screwing the dagger with a screw rod. But we should pay attention to pulling out the rotor must use hand to tighten the blade, because the blade is subject to large spring force, it is easy to fly out, fall on the ground or encounter hard objects, break the edges and surfaces of the blade and cause unprovoked report.
7. Remove the high vacuum end and take out the high rotor and rotor. At this time, the rotor can be taken out by squeezing the blade and the shaft by hand.
8. Before disassembling the pump, it is necessary to know in advance the structural characteristics of the pump to be disassembled and repaired, and which structural type each component belongs to roughly. For example, parts that belong to the assembly itself, such as the rotors of some rotary vane pumps, should not be disassembled, and their surfaces can be properly modified and adjusted; if the assembly rotors fall into glass chips, metal foreign bodies injure the cavity or their own rotary vane grooves have been worn too much, they can be disassembled when they need to be repaired, but they should be carefully remembered. Assembly method.
9. Check the accuracy, smoothness and damage of each component. The edges and corners at both ends of the rotor and the rotor should be checked for damage and recorded. For those who are not familiar with pump repair business, they should gradually remember the original assembly location of each component and part, and make a good record, in order to avoid misremembering when reloading. At the same time, disassembled parts should not be placed in disorder, piled up, bruised and lost. It's best to put it on a square disk or in a wooden box and clean it up. Cover it with silk cloth.
