Various Reasons Analysis of Screw Pump No Oil


(1) Before the start-up of the oil pump, the insufficient oil is not filled. Sometimes it seems that the oil has overflowed from the vent, but the air is completely discharged without turning the shaft of the pump, resulting in a small amount of air remaining in the intake pipe or pump body.
(2) The reverse oil flow direction of the oil level section of the oil intake pipe contacted with the oil pump shall be reduced by more than 0.5%, and the end connecting the inlet of the oil pump shall be the highest, not the full oil level. If it is raised upward, air will be retained in the intake pipe, which reduces the vacuum in the tubing and oil pump and affects oil absorption.
(3) The filler of oil pump has been worn out for a long time or the filler pressure is too loose, which causes a large amount of oil to eject from the clearance between the filler and the pump shaft sleeve. As a result, the external air enters the interior of the oil pump from these clearances, affecting the oil extraction.
(4) Because of the long-term potential oil, there are holes in the wall of the intake pipe. After the oil pump works, the oil surface drops continuously. When these holes are exposed to the oil surface, air enters the civil intake pipe from the holes.
(5) Cracks occur at the elbow of the intake pipe and small clearances occur at the connection between the intake pipe and the oil pump, which may cause air to enter the intake pipe.
The speed of oil pump is too low
(1) Human factors. Some users are driven by another motor at will because of the damage of the original distribution motor, resulting in low flow, low lift and even no oil.
(2) Mechanical failure of the oil pump itself. The loosening of fastening nut between impeller and pump shaft or the deformation and bending of pump shaft may cause the impeller to move more, friction directly with pump body, or bearing damage, which may reduce the speed of oil pump.
(3) The maintenance of power engine is not good. Loss of excitation due to burnout of motor windings, changes in winding turns, wire diameter and wiring method in maintenance, or failure not completely eliminated in maintenance will also change the speed of oil pump. The suction range is too large, some oil sources are deeper, and some oil sources are relatively flat, while the allowable suction range of the pump is neglected, resulting in less or no oil suction at all. It is necessary to know that the vacuum can be established at the suction port of the oil pump is limited. The absolute vacuum suction range is about 10 meters high, and the absolute vacuum can not be established by the oil pump. And the vacuum degree is too large, which is easy to make the oil and gas in the pump, which is not conducive to the work of the oil pump. Therefore, each centrifugal pump has its maximum allowable suction range, generally between 3-8.5 meters. Installation of oil pumps should not be simple and convenient. The resistance loss of oil flow in and out of the tubing is too large. Some users have measured that although the vertical distance from the oil storage tank or oil tower to the oil surface of the oil source is slightly smaller than the pump head, the oil quantity is still small or no oil is available. The influence of other factors

(2) The bottom valve filter screen is blocked, or the filter screen is blocked in the sludge layer in the potential oil of the bottom valve.
(3) Impeller wear is serious. The blade of impeller is worn out after long-term use, which affects the performance of oil pump.
(4) Gate valve check valve failure or blockage will cause flow reduction or even no oil pumping.
(5) The leakage of the outlet pipeline will also affect the oil lift.
