When the positive modification coefficient X 1 = x 2 = 0.5, the geometric calculation of each part is as follows.
Dividing circle diameter: d = MZ = 3X12 = 36 (mm)
Top height: ha = m (f0 + x) = 3X (l + 0.5) = 4.5 (mm)
Root height: HF [= m (f0 + c-x) = 3X (l + 0.25 - 0.5) = 2.25 (mm)
Total tooth height: H = HA + HF = 4.5 + 2.25 = 6.75 (mm)
Top circle diameter: Da = D + 2ha = 36 + 2X4.5 = 45 (mm)
Fixed chord thickness: Sxn = m (pi/2*cos2a+xsin2a) = 3X (1.387+0.6428X0.5) = 5.125 (mm)
The tooth height for measuring the thickness of fixed chord teeth: hxn = m (pi/8*sin2a+xsin2a) = 3X (0.7476X0.117X0.5) = 2.42 (mm)

When the oil seal of stainless steel pump has a fault, how to clean it? When the oil seal wears out, the rubber seal ageing. The rubber oil seal ageing of the unloading sheet will lose its elasticity. We can choose to replace the oil seal to clean up this shortcoming.
