What is the function of the eddy current pump?

Vortex pumps are often used to transport volatile liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, ether, benzene and liquefied petroleum gas; suitable for small flow and high lift conditions, such as boiler feed water, fire pump, high pressure cleaning pump, chemical process pump, hot oil circulation filtration, high pressure spray drying, etc. Floating, etc. or Self-priming function is required. It is suitable for clear liquid transportation of impurity-free particles with viscosity less than 50E. At present, Niconi eddy current pump is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, beverages, pure water manufacturing, sewage treatment, boiler water supply, plastic processing, woodworking machinery, membrane separation, cleaning machine, laser unit, construction, sanitation, environmental protection, food processing, aquaculture, clothing shaping and so on.
Vortex pump is a kind of vane pump. It is mainly composed of impeller and pump shell with annular passage. The impeller is a disc. The blades on the circumference are uniformly arranged in a radial shape. There are two kinds of impellers, open and closed. The pump body and impeller form an annular flow passage, and the suction and discharge ports are all located at the outer circumference of the impeller, separated by a separator. When the impeller rotates, under the action of centrifugal force, the velocity of the liquid in the impeller is greater than that in the flow passage, thus forming an "annular eddy current". Because the liquid follows the impeller, the combination of these two motions causes the liquid to produce the same "longitudinal vortices" as the impeller turning, hence the name "eddy current pump". As the liquid particles enter the impeller blades from the pump passage many times, the liquid particles get one energy every time they pass through the blades. Therefore, under the same impeller diameter, the head of the scroll pump is higher than that of the centrifugal pump, and the mixing degree of the liquid in the pump is many times larger than that of the centrifugal pump.
