Therefore, the shell of screw vacuum pump adopts double-layer tube wall hollow structure, which can be called cooling sleeve. Its built-in coolant is the main heat dissipation channel of screw vacuum pump. Water cooling is a common method. Cooling sleeve with cooling water can achieve the purpose of cooling the shell and then cooling the rotor. In addition, a few companies, such as Leebo, can cool the rotor through water, increase the life of the rotor, and achieve good cooling effect. However, the structural design needs certain technical and processing level support.
1. The original fan cover is lengthened by 40 cm, and an axial-flow fan with fan-through diameter is installed inside. The motor power requirement of the axial-flow fan is 850w, the speed is 14889r/min, and the voltage is 380V. The original fan is retained, the axial fan is set in another power supply control, the screw vacuum pump starts and the axial fan runs, and the main motor is fully cooled 30 minutes after the shutdown.
2. Keep the motor of screw vacuum pump clean and clean, regularly clean the dirt on the motor, increase the heat dissipation capacity.
3. Raise the bus voltage of screw vacuum pump to 400 V.
